Who counts as a paid seat?
The workspace owner and each accepted, active member. Pending invitations are free. Seat costs are shown before you invite someone. Added seats are prorated; reductions take effect at renewal.
What is included?
Time tracking, projects, clients, reports, exports, the Mac app, and connections to compatible AI clients through MCP. Your ChatGPT, Claude or other AI subscription is separate. Mac requires macOS 26 or later.
How does the trial work?
Your 14 days begin when you create your workspace. No payment card is required. Upgrading early keeps your remaining trial days. After the trial, you can read and export records; a subscription is required to keep tracking.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel renewal in your billing portal. Your paid access continues to the end of the billing period. Any refund entitlement required by applicable law still applies.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Any tax and the full amount due are shown before payment.
Does this replace a profit and loss report?
No. Your recorded hours can support project and pricing decisions, but profitability also depends on your costs, other work, tax and business context.
